B2B Shipping and Returns

STANDARD SHIPPING

We pack and ship the majority of orders within 48 business hours. Shipping times are based on the size and location of your order. Domestic orders typically take 2-7 business days. We do our very best to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping before or after placing an order please reach out to us by email or phone.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is available when noted during the checkout process. Expedited orders are also packed and shipped within 48 business hours with shipping times typically reduced to 2-3 business days. We offer expedited shipping services at an additional shipping cost, which is calculated by the size and destination of your order.

RETURNS

Above all else, we want satisfied customers! When you receive your shipment, please take a moment to inspect your order and contact us if you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can work out an exchange or refund.

To start a return, or for any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@taffyshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
