A Few Notes and Reminders for Your Visit!
- We provide one Taffyology Taffy Making Kit per paid guest and space is limited.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and be advised that things can get a little messy during your session!
- Each Taffyology Session is approximately 75 minutes, and we book sessions in 90 minute blocks to give us time to clean-up and prepare for the next group.

How Do I Sign-Up For a Taffyology Session?
To sign up for a Taffyology session, you can book on this page (just up towards the top) and we’ll guide you through the process of selecting a date and time for your session. After you've made your selection, follow the prompts to complete your booking.
Can I Change My Booking Date Or Time After I've Made A Reservation?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your Taffyology session, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
I Lost My Reservation Email, Can You Send It To Me?
Absolutely! If you've misplaced your reservation information, please contact us at taffyology@taffyshop.com or call us at +1 (801) 928-7080. We'll be happy to resend your booking details.
Do I Get A Refund If I Have to Cancel My Booking?
While we'd love to reschedule your Taffyology class so you don't miss out on the fun, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel, you can receive a full refund as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.

Yes, we have ample parking available at our location. If you have any special parking needs, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What To Expect During Your Visit
What Should I Wear Or Bring To The Taffy Experience?
Come as you are! We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy...okay, the truth is sometimes Taffyology can be a LOT messy, and involves the use of food coloring, so keep that in mind as you pick out the perfect attire for your session. All taffy-making materials will be provided, so there's no need to bring anything else.
How Long Does a Taffyology Session Typically Last?
A Taffyology session will typically last about 75 minutes. Bookings are available in 90 minute increments, and this allows us to clean-up and prepare for the next group in between sessions.
Can I Take Home The Taffy I Make During My Taffyology Session?
Of course! The best part of the Taffyology experience is getting to enjoy your own custom-made taffy. You're welcome to take home all the taffy you make during your session.
Can I Buy Additional Taffy Or Other Products During My Visit?
Absolutely! The Taffy Shop is filled with a variety of taffy flavors and other sweet treats for you to take home. We also have fresh Taffy Shop merchandise (hats, t-shirts, etc...). Feel free to browse and purchase any additional items during your visit.

Are There Any Age Restrictions For Participating In Taffyology?
Taffyology is a fun experience for all ages! However, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Kids under age 8 have the best experience when paired up with an adult. If that fits your crew, count that dynamic duo as just 1 booking.
What If I Have Dietary Restrictions, Can I Still Participate?
We want everyone to enjoy the Taffyology experience. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you book your session. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Groups & Private Events
Can You Accommodate Large Groups?
Yes! We can accommodate groups of up to 24 people. If you have at least 12 in your group, we may be able to book a private Taffyology session.
